Vicki L. Flaherty is an industrial/organizational psychologist dedicated to helping people succeed. She empowers individuals to express their full potential and bring their best to their work - through leadership, mentoring, coaching and other talent programs. Vicki is an avid runner, enjoys yoga and gardening, and loves travelling with her husband Jim. She lives in Iowa.
