Barbara Arent lives in the Piney Woods of East Texas with her pets and a large loving family. Two of her favorite pastimes are reading historical markers and wandering through old cemeteries. She is a graduate of Basic Writing from The Institute of Children’s Literature. From chasing Indians or aliens in the woods as a child to writing romance-suspense as an adult, she has been constructing stories for years.
