Synopsis

Jonah: The Fearful Prophet, as retold by Janice D. Green and illustrated by Kimberly Merritt, shares the account of Jonah, who ran from his God-given assignment. Fearful Jonah boarded a ship going far away from where God was sending him. Instead of escaping God, he found himself at the bottom of the sea, praying to God. Given a miraculous second chance, Jonah obeyed and delivered God’s message to the people he feared. Even though he was successful, he wasn’t happy with the outcome. He still had one more lesson to learn. Read and color the pictures as you learn about Jonah. Add the name of the person who colored the pictures to the cover. Permission is given to copy coloring pages for teaching or for making crayon colored Bible quilt blocks. A Honeycomb Adventures Book. God's Word is sweeter than honey from the comb. Psalm 19:10
