He is also a noted outdoorsman, scuba diver, and adventurer, holding memberships in Safari Club International and the National Rifle Association. He is author of commentaries on 1 Corinthians, 1 Peter, Titus, Song of Solomon, and Revelation, as well as numerous articles on various aspects of theology.
