À propos de l'auteur

Susan Hasler joined the CIA in 1983. Over the next 21 years, she had a unique vantage point on history. She worked the graveyard shift in the CIA operations center during the Soviet coup attempt of 1991. She served as speechwriter to three Directors of Central Intelligence during a time of serial public scandals, including the discovery of Aldrich Ames' treachery. She was a senior analyst in the CIA Counterterrorism Center during 9/11. Since leaving the agency in 2004, Hasler has written four novels and a book of essays and drawings. Her novel KRILL won the Independent Publisher Book Awards Gold Medal for Science Fiction in 2022.
