Herman Franck, Esq. is an attorney by day and book writer by weekends. He is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center [Juris Doctor 1985]. He holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University [1985], and a Bachelor of Arts [Honors] Political Economy from U.C. Berkeley [1981]. He has is own law Sacramento, California based practice, Franck & Associates Attorneys at Law [see www.entrepreneur-center.net] He specializes in civil trials and appeals, family law, real estate disputes, business disputes, and civil rights disputes.
