Got to Keep it Moving is meant to bring clarity, encouragement, motivation, and a few words for the spirit within. It is SOUL food. When distractions come and take you away from your goals; keep it moving; keep it optimistic! Keep it moving and keep it about God's purpose for you, your life. We will have highs and lows, but they should not stop us from achieving when we know that God is on our side. His son Jesus Christ told us to abide in Him. If we are abiding, we got to keep it moving. I am honored to write these poems because they do not come from me. They came to me through God's Holy Spirit. I am a vessel. My prayer is that you, dearest reader, can find something in GTKIM to identify with, grasp, or hold on to. Much love and many thanks.

SE Scott was born in Summerton, South Carolina. She has lived in Florida, New York, and New Jersey. South Carolina is SE Scott's current state of residence. Since retiring as a teacher of English for 30 years, SE has devoted much of her time to family, writing, media productiion, community activities, and travel. She lectures and reads her poetry in schools, churches, and other institutions around the country. SE Scott is author of the book, Keep Smiling, Standing Strong, and co-author of the play, A Pearl of a Girl, a coming of age story about five inner-city teenage girls.
