Artist Robert Alviola Alejandro has lived most of his life in the Philippine Islands, one of the most diverse places for plants on earth. Passionate about art and design, Alejandro has designed numerous award-winning books, magazines, retail shops, theme parks, and graphics for public spaces. As part of the family behind the gift shop Papemelroti, he has also designed products, memo pads, and calendars. Botanic Chic: The Fashion Illustrations of Robert Alejandro is his first book to be published outside of the Phillipines.
