Synopsis

Distracter (n): one who takes somebody’s attention away from what he or she is doing or thinking, or from what is happening. Maulik Sompura has a background in engineering and a lifelong passion for storytelling in every form, especially literature and film. An international background and a career that has seen him employed in many different capacities has built his character and thought processes in a unique, well-rounded manner. Having written since a young age, he has a burning desire to create and craft his own stories. He currently resides at Rancho Cordova, California.
