Synopsis

MY SEARCH FOR GOD is intended to assist readers to rediscover the presence of God at the core of their being. Travel along on this roller coaster journey called life. His ride takes him to a peak so high it scares him into silence for almost fifty years, but the death of one of his sons sends him crashing back to earth. New found friends pull both he and his wife back from the depths of despair and enable them as they resume their faith journey. A miraculous recovery from a close call with death many years later allows this faith journey to end on a high note even though he is now totally blind. Why join this author on his faith journey? It will inspire readers to rediscover the presence of God in their own lives and thus replace doubt about the existence of God with renewed faith.

À propos de l'auteur

Bill Ferron completed a PhD in microbial genetics from Kansas State University. His research was in DNA replication and repair. He taught at all levels from junior high school through college with his last seventeen years spent as a college administrator. Complications following heart valve replacement surgery left him totally blind forcing an early retirement and a change in direction. The new focus for Bill has become writing. MY SEARCH FOR GOD is his first non-fictional attempt. He believes that only when science and faith are combined that we will become one nation under God once again. Achieving that combination is important for our nation in regaining the approval of God and renewed respect from the rest of the world. BETTER DEAD THAN BREAD, his first fictional novel is currently available through Amazon.com.
