Jim is a professional motivational speaker, published author, and successful business consultant with over 30 years of experience in getting things done. He has been a principal and productive performer for a large independent insurance firm, and a senior executive in a trade association, a retail business, and a construction firm. In addition to serving as the Executive Director for three not-for-profit Labor- Management Cooperative groups, Jim has served on the national faculty for the Associated General Contractors of America. He has delivered presentations on a productive performance for the Mechanical Contractors Association, the National Electrical Contractors Association, and many other groups around the country. He has been a featured speaker at the AGC/A national convention as well as the Construction Financial Management Association national convention. He is the Founder and President of the Falcon Performance Institute, a consulting and corporate training firm focused on productive performance. Jim has a degree in Economics from Duke University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound and has received additional formal training in the fields of Training, Marketing, Sales, and Risk Management. In addition to his practical experience, Mr. Bain has authored many articles on a wide variety of business subjects.
