In 2010 He was trained in MBTI personality assessments. He utilized these new skills to train managers and employees to develop more productive working relationships.

Dennis has spoken at national industry and security conferences on the subject of Technogeekaphobia, explaining the fundamental reasons behind the natural conflict that exists between business managers and the technical people they work with, and demonstrating methods of improving productivity based on a better understanding the relationships.

In 2014, Dennis began shifting to writing and publishing on issues regarding productivity for individuals and businesses. Dennis has a BS in Information Technology, an MS in Information Security, and holds the following industry and vendor certifications: CISSP, MCSE, GCIH, CCNA, GAWN, CHTP, MBTI.
