When The Sun Touched The River is a story told in poems and poetic prose, about the beginning, middle, and end of a loving realtionship. Many of the individual poems/stories are written in a style reminiscent of American Indian writing, employing nature as a metaphor for the qualities of the beloved.

Jeff Edrich left home at an early age, served a mission, and has worked as a sound person in television news, documentary, and corporate productions for the last 25 years. He began writing later in life and published Dream of Broken Feathers, a collection of poetic prose and poetry in 2012. This current book, When The Sun Touched The River, is his second collection of poems and poetic prose.
