Synopsis
This book was inspired by my father, who read us bedtime stories for over 20 years. Every night, he would spend several hours trying to get my siblings and I ready to go to sleep. He came up with many bedtime routines, one of which was him saying this phrase as he walked out of our rooms: “Sweet dreams. Plenty of time. Close ‘em.” The comfort I find in this phrase stays with me even today. I hope this phrase can also bring comfort to others who have a difficult time getting ready for bed.
