Dr. Luauna Stines, Founder and President of A Touch From Above, LSM Inc. Through hard life trials: a childhood of rejection, a forced marriage at the age of 15, a murdered husband, betrayal of marriage, and the loss of everything she had worked for…there emerged an inspiring testimony of hope and victory. Dr. Luauna Stines is the uthor of A Mother’s Story, Mission America, Golden Nuggets, and now A Woman Called of God: The Tangled Web. As a minister for over 35 years, Dr. Stines received an honorary doctorate from the I.M.I. Bible College and Seminary, and District Ministerial License from LIFE Bible College of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel. She also holds an education certificate in Ministry Training and Development from Oral Roberts University. Dr. Stines is an evangelist, teacher, preacher, sharing throughout the world in parts of the former Yugoslavia, Italy, England, Germany, Switzerland, Central Africa, Korea, Australia, Mexico, and the United States. She has also preached for the satellite churches of Dr. Yonggi Cho of the Yoido Full Gospel Church in Seoul, Pusan, Chonju and Inchon, located in South Korea. Preaching on television twice a week in San Diego, CA, with a simple message, “When You Are Hardest Hit, Don’t Quit.” And on radio every Sunday morning. Seeing the need of many hurting men and women, Dr. Luauna Stines is the founder of Victorious Homes for Men and Women, a discipleship program. Over 500 men and women have come through the program over the past 20 years in Colorado and Oregon. Dr. Stines foundation, A Touch From Above- Prayer Mountain is located in Ramona, CA.
