Deano Jones is a modern renaissance man. As an Indy rock musician he has recorded and produced 7 full length albums and toured the country several times. A graphic designer that has worked at some of the biggest print publications. He even spent time as a photo retoucher at People Magazine in NYC before moving to Austin, Texas in 2005. He is an Improv theater and scripted stage performer and performed in several theatrical productions. In fact, Deano originally wrote “Rise of the Cafe Racer” as a musical but decided that this tale of post apocalyptic vampires would be better served as a series of books with the songs embedded in the storyline. Rise of the Cafe Racer spent 16 weeks on Apple iTunes Sci-fi and Fantasy’s top ten list after it’s release. Deano Jones is currently working on his 2nd book of the Realm series “War of the Vampire”.
