Synopsis

This forces the British governments hand as they take steps to detach themselves from any connection with the Confederacy.After four years of war the last act for the Confederacy is when Captain James Waddell sails his ship the CSS Shenandoah into the River Mersey and surrenders to the Mayor of Liverpool.
