Adonte’ Cherry was born and raised in Springfield, Ohio. Adonte’ had always loved to write letters, poems, and raps in high school and college but it wasn't until he was incarcerated that he switched his love of writing into book form and began studying various how-to-books to piece together fictional story lines to partially tell his story and the story of those around him. Although his work is fiction, it is extremely vivid and personal. His character Sincere Wallace has a family life that mirrors his own. Using solitude, Adonte’ devised a plan to not only write books, but to start his very own publishing company named Educated Thug Publications. Knowing that he couldn't see going back to prison, Adonte’ began to study himself as a man and dissect the choices he had made in his life. Although his work is that of fiction, it is extremely vivid and personal. After his release, Adonte got straight to work researching the publishing business. After legalizing his company name he sought out editors to oversee his works and was then ready to put his first novel into publication. Street Royalty 937 "I'm So Sincere" was the first of a trilogy that Adonte wrote, which has been followed up by many other titles. He's CEO of Educated Thug Publications and a managing partner at AMB Publishing.
