Synopsis
With High Lord Boston Quinn still searching for them, Emerson Lloyde, Elli Rattlesnake Quinn, Anastacia Moon, and Elli Moon have settled peacefully with their children across the Inland Sea.
Until Saą, a strange visitor from Crow City, a nearby settlement, warns the settlers of an impending earthquake that would not only destroy their home but cause a disastrous oil spill from an abandoned oil tanker. Do they trust Saą? Should they neutralize the toxic contents of the tanker before they leave?
Meanwhile, Eric Eggert, Rosco, Grendel and Dr. Pamela are trying to maintain Terminus Station, the new refuge for the survivors of Blue Hole. When Boston Quinn threatens to attack them again in order to gain news of his daughter, his granddaughter, and Emerson, the man who destroyed his life, what choices do they have?
