À propos de l'auteur

Joseph Schaefer has worked in various aspects of real estate for over 20 years, including projects in construction, code enforcement, eminent domain, asset management, and entitlements. His particular interest is functional site planning, especially regarding the relationship between buildings and properties and their unique neighborhood settings. He holds a BA from St. Lawrence University and a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University. He serves as Chairman of the Planning Commission in Aurora, Oregon.
