John is the President of William Jessup University. John has co-founded a national ministry, led one of the 40 largest churches in America, and has been a successful church planter, senior pastor, and staff member of local churches. Dr. Jackson earned both his Ph.D. and M.A. in Educational Administration and Organizational Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara; M.A. in Theology (Christian Formation and Discipleship) at Fuller Theological Seminary; and a B.A. in Religion (Christian History and Thought) from Chapman University. His strong background in executive and organizational leadership allows him to mentor leaders to strengthen their organizational development and communication skills. Dr. Jackson is also the author of Finding Your Place in God's Plan, God Size Your Church, Leveraging Your Communication Style, Pastorpreneur, and High Impact Church Planting. Dr. Jackson is married to Pamela Harrison Jackson, and they make their home in Rocklin, CA.

Lorraine Bossé-Smith has over 30 years experience in corporate America as a leader and change agent. She has held key positions in a publishing house, a multi-million dollar catalog company, as well as space foundation, overseeing staff and critical company objectives. Since 1996, she has served a variety of clients nationwide through her own business, offering business consulting, corporate training, and executive coaching. As a dynamic speaker, Lorraine delivers incredible insights with actionable information for all. Lorraine is the author of I Want My Life Back, Leveraging Your Communication Style, Fit Over 50, Finally FIT, and A Healthier, Happier You.
