Synopsis

My main purpose in writing this book is because I’ve seen both sides. I’ve known darkness where I thought there was no way out, and nothing inviting about this life. I’m grateful to have been shown the other side. How extraordinary life can be. I may not ever have had that chance. My wish is that no one else should feel the way I did. I offer hope that life can be better, and some suggestions for getting there. This is what worked for me and I’d love for you to feel what I’m feeling now, which is total gratitude for being alive. I really hope this helps you.I aim to include some of the things I wish I’d known earlier, and things that have helped me stay in a good headspace now.
