He is a PMI and Prince2 certified project manager who, over 20 years, gained hands-on virtual team experience, working for tech giants such as Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, and IBM. Fluent in 4 languages, he has lived and worked outside his country of birth, the Netherlands, for over 25 years. His personal experiences of living abroad, combined with his international career, has given him a unique perspective, and first-hand knowledge, in dealing with people from different nationalities, cultures and languages, in and outside the place of work.
