In 2015, Exam Ninja released this 2015 KS2 SATs Practice Papers Book, 310 pages of KS2 SATs tests that prepared last year's children superbly for their tests. There's still a small number of these books left and whilst the structure is not exactly the same as the 2016 tests, it still makes a superb practice tool. Indeed, they're essentially the same assessments and there's still nothing better or more up to date available!

3x KS2 Maths Practice Paper Sets

Children are no longer allowed a calculator for Maths Paper 2 and so it's even more important to know the sort of questions that may appear. Within the pack are three full sets of tricky KS2 Maths papers including Paper 1, Paper 2 and the Mental Maths test.

As already mentioned, to give our customer's children that extra bit of preparation, that extra bite for the Mental Maths test on Wednesday 13th May, we've bundled in all the required audio recordings for the tests. We've even gone to the trouble of correctly timing each question so they fully mimic the real SATs tests!

With this in their arsenal, they can't be any more prepared.

3x KS2 Reading Practice Paper Sets

Children no longer have a dedicated 15 minute reading period at the start of the test and nor are the texts all linked by a common theme. The texts and questions also get progressively harder as they work through them.

Within the pack are three full sets of extra tough, KS2 Reading practice papers. As with the Maths papers, they try to really stretch children's abilities.

With this in their arsenal, they can't be any more prepared.

3x KS2 SPaG Practice Paper Sets

These KS2 SPaG tests are the most authentic simulation available and include both the Short Answer Punctuation and Grammar Task as well as the Spelling Task.

As with the Mental Maths Tests, to give our customer's children an enviable advantage in the national tests, we've bundled in the audio for all three Spelling Tasks. It doesn't get any more realistic.

They cannot be any more prepared.

Make no mistake, these papers are not like the others. We made them more challenging, more tricky and a superior preparation tool. They're not exactly what children will face in 2016 but they're the best that's currently available!

Who did you buy the 2015 KS2 SATs Practice Papers Book for and why? I bought it for my son who's doing his sats in May. He just needs more practice with papers and I wanted to find some harder and more varied ones. He was working through past papers and some of the CGP papers that I've also bought from Exam Ninja. They're good but they're very repetitive and quite easy. He's always found the CGP ones especially easy. I saw the sample pages and thought it could be what I'm looking for. Has it benefited them? Yes, a lot. He's found them really challenging and I like that! Would you recommend it? Yes! It's a little odd because all the papers come in one big book but I kinda like it because (unlike the CGP ones) he never loses a booklet! Refreshingly different to have it all in one book instead of a sack of samey looking booklets. At first glace they look the busines and pretty hard too! i also really like the way the audio for the spelling and maths tests comes for free as a download (worked straight from my iPhone). I should add that my son's not used them yet (only got them on Saturday) but he'll be starting in half term. Who did you buy the 2015 KS2 SATs Practice Papers Book for and why? My daughter for her key stage 2 sats in May. I wanted to get her some more practice papers and these seemed a good idea. Has it benefited them? She's only done one of the maths tests and said she liked the colours and "the way it looked". I think she found it tougher than the ones she's done at school. Time will tell! Would you recommend it? Yes.
