C C Hutton lives and works in the Highlands of Scotland. She also writes under the name of Ceitidh Hutton and is better known for her Scottish Gaelic children's books. Having spent many years dashing around the Highlands as a Gaelic Development Officer, she now spends her time between, writing, book events, Gaelic Bookbugs, family and dog duties.
