À propos de l'auteur

Steven Turner-Bone was born and raised in Kingston-upon Hull. He fell in love with adventure stories at school which led to an interest in history. After leaving school, Steven went to Hull College of Technology to train as a chef. After a year at the Savoy in London and a year and a half at a motel in North Ferriby, Steven changed careers and moved to AIM, in Hull to become a Computer Operator. Later, when he joined a historical re-enactment group, he began to learn about historical medicine, from which has sprung the Mathew Fletcher series of books. Writing historical novels now occupies Steven as a full-time career, with three books in print and more in the pipeline Steve has many more years ahead of him as a writer.
