Kurt Spady, President & CEO of Avason Consulting, is a management and organizational development consultant and trainer based in Red Deer, Alberta. He has over 10 years of practical management and leadership experience with private and public organizations, unionized workplaces, retail service providers, as well as within healthcare and academic institutions. Kurt has conducted extensive training and consulting in supervision, communication, human resources, team building, supply chain management, and total quality management with individuals and organizations to help them identify and develop areas for productive change. He holds a Bachelor of Management degree (BMgmt) with a major in Human Resources, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Athabasca University.
