Michael has had the urge to write since before his teen years, but has not had much time to spend doing it. Now that he is retired, he is able to fulfil his life-long ambition and has pulled out some story ideas of his youth and mixed them with inspiration from the present to write stories and novels. He is an avid reader, particularly of history and science fiction. His favourite TV shows (besides the cowboys) from his youth were Twilight Zone, Outer Limits and Star Trek. His favourite authors are Lester Del Rey, Rod Serling, Isaac Asimov, Robert Heinlein, Arthur C. Clark and Ray Bradbury. He lives in Canada.
