A Life Coach and author, Phil lives with his wife Manu and her daughter in Toronto, Canada. Phil has two beautiful daughters and three grandchildren living in Australia. A published poet and composer, he wrote his first children's book in 2000. "I have used up all my 9 cat's lives in many adventures, such as wrestling a seven foot long shark from the ocean with my bare hands! Life is full of fun and I love to play music and dance in celebration, which I do every week playing jazz, blues and covers at a club in Toronto. For me, meaning and connection are exemplified by family and friends and I love to encourage virtues. This book is about learning without shame or blame."
