F. M. Cipriano (Frank) was born in Melbourne, Australia. He has a Bachelor of Business, a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and a Master of Taxation. Frank was a career public servant with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) until he gained a voluntary redundancy, departing on 29 August 2014. Since leaving the ATO, Frank has pursued his passion for writing.
