Synopsis
Disaster follows Ella wherever she goes. Just when she thinks she finally has her life all figured out she witnesses a murder. Running for her life she finds an unwilling ally in Flynn, a former race car driver. Together they embark on a journey fit to tell her future and at this point very much imaginary grandkids. Dodging bullets, Chihuahuas and an overbearing mother along the way, the mismatched pair desperately tries to stay alive. Her pursuers always seem to be one step ahead and Ella finds herself quickly running out of time. Will she be able to get herself out of this mess and closer to the elusive Flynn?

The last turned out to be quite a dangerous endeavour and made her realise she had a problem. So she started writing as a way of combatting her addiction. Clear to all but her it was a strategy doomed to failure. Now she is not only obsessed with reading books but also writing them. Sarah lives with her husband and two extroverted dogs in Perth, Western Australia, the world's most isolated capital city whose population thinks daylight savings is code for government conspiracy. Lucky there is always Sarahland, where everything is possible. Even staying out past nine o'clock on a school night. Sarah is currently in treatment for her book addiction.
