Synopsis

Tiffany, a teenage goth from Melbourne, Australia, becomes an accidental time traveller when her dreadful grandmother arrives pursued by Set, a vengeful Ancient Egyptian god. Gran owns a travel bag with a time portal and Set is determined to use it to travel back in time and prevent his own murder. He will kill them both to get it!

Things unravel fast. She is mugged in the market, kicked by a camel, bossed by Lady Evelyn Carnarvon and works in a tomb (actually, that bit's not so bad) as part of Howard Carter’s team, searching for Tutankhamun. Then there's the mystery of the Shabti Cat and a murder at the dig! Worse still, the time-travel bag is stolen by tomb robbers. Without it she is trapped in the past.

But when Tiffany teams up with handsome detective Dazur to solve the crimes and recover the stolen artifacts, she starts to wonder if going home is really what she wants after all…
