Kara is a coach, author, and trainer. Her mission is to empower people to create an extraordinary life full of magic and success. With a Masters degree, and over a decade of experience working as a mediator and facilitator in the field of conflict management, Kara began to recognize that the key to creating more peace in the world is for people to create happiness in their lives. Kara teaches at the University of Alberta, and is the founder and organizer of the People for People Conference. She resides in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada with her family. She enjoys walking, yoga, and a good glass of wine.
