Soon condemned to death, a risk saves the princess from execution, but forces the queen to banish her from the kingdom, delivering her to certain death.Cursed by the same spiteful witch, Lord Nicolai is most dangerous when transformed. The author of several novels in genre fiction, Abby Lane admires the many ways myths, fairy tales, and fantasy connect us to our inner child. She credits Disney's Sleeping Beauty and George R. R. Martin's Song of Ice and Fire, with inspiring her love of storytelling. She appreciates the corridors of medieval history and in particular the Tudor period. She has visited the United Kingdom, touring many castles in her pursuit of story, having a special affinity for Anne Boleyn and King Henry's court. Abby shares her life with her husband and adores her adult children, including two special grand pups named Bella and Arya. When she isn't at her home in Calgary, she's admiring the ocean from her cottage in Maple Bay.
