Inuktitut is one of eleven official Languages of the Northwest Territories and is part of a larger series of Inuit dialects stretching from Alaska, across the NWT and Nunavut to Greenland. Inuktitut translates into English as "like the Inuit". The book also includes the English version of the story, along with information about the Inuktitut language.
