He worked in corporate finance and real estate before starting a career in investment analysis. Mr. Hogue has appeared on Bloomberg as an expert in emerging market investing and has led a team of equity analysts for sell-side research. His investment analysis has been featured in advisor newsletters, institutional research reports and in the financial press. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, the gold standard for ethical and professional conduct in investment management.
