Kim DeCoste is the founder of DeCoste & Associates, a career management and consulting firm based in Denver, Colorado. She has enjoyed a long career in recruiting and professional development, having served as director of career services at Colorado Technical University and as a technical recruiter in Los Angeles, and ass a subject matter expert creating curricula for online career services at the college and university level.

DeCoste, a member of the Denver Southeast Rotary board, was also the proud recipient of the South Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Extraordinary Leader of the Year Award in 2011. She holds a bachelor’s degree from UC-Santa Cruz in Language Studies and an MBA in e-Commerce from Jones International University.
