Dee J. Adams started her career as an actor under her real name Deanne Avner. With luck and timing, she landed one of her first jobs on the set of Roseanne working as a stand-in for Roseanne Barr. Halfway through the season, she began working as Roseanne’s dialogue coach and stayed in that position for the first four seasons of the show. After that she went on to pursue more commercial work, including a year and a half stint as the Tide Lady in the late 1990s. For the past seven years, she’s primarily worked in children’s programming as an on-set acting coach. Dee J. also writes romantic suspense novels. She has two fast-paced series and one of her books earned the Gail Wilson Award of Excellence. Dee J. has narrated several of the books in her Adrenaline Highs series for Audible, allowing her to combine her two passions, storytelling and acting. You can find out more at www.DeeJAdams.com. Sean Mulcahy graduated from Boston College with a degree in communications and immediately began working in live television in New York. He put his TV career on hold after being invited to train at the Olympic Training Center as a member of the U.S. National Team in Modern Pentathlon. After following the Olympic team to Los Angeles, Sean restarted his television career in sitcoms. He has been a Directors Guild of America member for over thirty years. Sean started as a production assistant and moved up the ranks to stage manager, assistant director, unit production manager, associate director and director through the course of forty-seven series and over nine hundred episodes. He’s worked on some of television’s top-rated sitcoms, lowest-rated sitcoms and everything in between.
