Synopsis

A Yogi, working in hi-tech becomes disenchanted with the frantic, all-consuming life in Silicon Valley. So she decides to embark on a pilgrimage into the Himalayas to gain some clarity of mind. She successfully travels up through India, encountering many interesting experiences along the way. She then makes the crucial decision to travel into Tibet to continue the adventure. After narrowly surviving the arduous journey, she encounters a charismatic Lama, who takes it upon himself to teach her some of the esoteric teachings and Sutras that lead to Enlightenment. He also instructs her on many of the yogic Siddhis, various Pranayama Techniques, and Healing Visualizations. Inspired by the Lama’s unique insights and penetrating understanding, her false dualistic worldly knowledge starts to melt away. She begins to see at last, through the haze of all those concepts, percepts and mind-made distortions that normally picture our world to us. Then one night she has a lucid dream, in which she visits three Kingdoms. Trying to resolve the underlying content experienced in this dream, she makes a major breakthrough and sees directly the dream nature of the phenomenal world all about. As the dark clouds of egoic thought finally lift from her mind, she attains to naked perception and is Enlightened.
