His formal work includes stints in the consumer products field and in Big 4 Consulting, with a dash of banking, executive recruiting, and advertising specialties along the way. Career highlights include progressive positions in sales, marketing and sales management, and learning systems development as well as directorship roles in assorted industries in varying business environments. From selling to negotiating, advertising to marketing and advising to consulting, he has had the opportunity and experience to impact and to be impacted by business leaders, thought stimulators and forward leaning thinkers. His aspiration and ambition revolves around developing and enhancing learning environments, and fostering continuous improvement principles to bring out the best in future business leaders. His formal education includes a B.S. in Business from Mercyhurst University with graduate course work at Philadelphia University and Wilmington University.
