Unfortunately, it has been out of circulation far too long and not available for several editions as a stand-alone book. It was, however, offered as a free "bonus" book when purchasing the other three books (“Shore Power,” “Appliances,” and “Holding Tanks”) as a set. . . . Ideally, as a publishing company, we would like make up for the angst many readers have expressed because of its stand-alone scarcity and give the book away for free. Regrettably, to do so has proven to be very challenging. There are several "production" layers in a publication venture, which require financial compensation. . . . As a result, we are offering this updated (5th) edition of the "Battery Power" Primer to our readers for the cost of minimal fees — those required by others who are a part of the "production" process: Professional Preparation Fees, Printing Fees, Promotion Fees, and Sales Processing Fees, to name just a few. . . . It is appropriately referred to as a "Not-for-Profit" book because the author, while retaining his copyrights, is foregoing Royalty income from the sale of this special edition of "Battery Power."
