Mandee Heller Adler is the founder and principal of International College Counselors, one of the world's largest and most successful college and graduate school admissions counseling businesses. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with honors and two degrees before receiving an MBA from Harvard Business School. She also spent a year at ICADE in Madrid on a Rotary scholarship. Mandee has personally helped hundreds of students around the world find, apply to, and gain acceptance into college. She lives in South Florida with her husband and two daughters.

Aimee Heller is a writer and an essay expert for International College Counselors, as well as the cofounder of Edit the Work (editthework.com), a rapidly growing online editing and writing business. She has helped students from all over the world with their writing, from college admissions essays to university papers.
