Bernard Ballard published his first books of poetry in 2012. Titled "Twelve Words On The Invisible Man", It is an exploration of human life experience from a metaphysical point of reference. Written in metaphor and allegory it explores the nature of reality from a metaphysical point of view. It is a look at life, from a point of view, which transcends the normal way of seeing life, through the limited perception of the five senses, intellectual knowledge, as opposed to going within, to that silent still place of peace where transcendent being originates and allows manifest existence. His next series of books, titled "Mediocratic Metaphysics" (2013-2015), examines ideas and concepts about the human experience considering how the laws of quantum physics can be observed through life experienced and compares that to ancient text and teaching derived from mystical traditions found as the foundation of most spiritual traditions. His next series, titled "A Fairies Tell" (2015-2016) looks at life through the eyes of the Witness. The non physical aspect of being which cannot be known through intellectual thought. Never the less, he attempts to give the history of man's journey from a beginning in time to an awakening to present moment as the highest reality attainable. Finally in 2016 he began the publication of The Awakening Psyche. An examination of how mind is the maker of this life experience we are living.
