WHO IN THE WORLD IS LISA NOKES? I am an author, an obstacle crusher, and a spark igniter. I am part advice columnist, part motivational speaker, and a champion for those who are all in and are ready to overcome fear, eliminate excuses, and have "drive-by epiphanies" that throat punch mediocrity! Having gone toe to toe with some serious "stuff" (cancer, brain tumor, divorce, etc.), I have turned my trials into triumphs. I chose to use those experiences as motivation to succeed rather than as permission to not even try. I have taken some of the revelations I had along the way and put them all together in the form of my first book. I believe that...
