Welcome to my world; a world where Spirituality meets Reality. Heart Breaking Open is my Spiritual Memoir, a book that has accompanied me through the highs and lows of the spiritual journey. When not writing, I spend my time serving as a heart-based Holistic Health & Wellness Coach and EFT (Tapping) Practitioner, Mindfulness Meditation Facilitator, Environmentalist and Traveler. I received my Bachelors of Science (BSc) in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health in 2005 and completed EFT-Advanced training in 2004. My Certification as a Holistic Health Coach came through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition program in 2012. Before discovering EFT and how it could enhance my work as a Wellness Coach, I offered my services as a Reiki Master practitioner, employment recruiter, fundraising coordinator, administrative secretary, graphic artist and Jill of many trades.
