She is also a Research Fellow at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, where she researches the multigenerational workplace.

For more than 20 years, she has explored the perspectives and motivators of key audiences and activated stakeholders accordingly to make a meaningful impact. She embodies the philosophy that bringing multiple perspectives to the table results in better outcomes. An award-winning public affairs executive, Dr. Steele Flippin has worked with Fortune 500 companies, a global public relations agency and national non-profit organizations. Currently appointed as a Research Fellow at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, she researches the multigenerational workplace. She and her husband live in Minneapolis, MN. When she isn’t working, volunteering, or researching, she loves to collect works from emerging artists and to travel the world with her family to learn about other cultures.
