From being an award-winning professional photographer with images displayed at Disney to writing imaginative tales, Kat has a way of connecting with children and telling stories - both on film and on a page. Her whimsical characters solve problems and answer questions that only a child would ask in a refreshingly new way. Kat earned a MA in Art and taught graduate-level photography. She has been a speaker at two international PPA (Professional Photographers of America) conventions, and is the recipient of four Kodak Gallery Awards and a highly coveted International Kodak Gallery Elite Award. She holds a Craftsman Degree from the PPA and is a Certified Professional Photographer. Kat and her husband Lee enjoy playing board games with the family and taking their grands on Mystery Trips. The beach is always a favorite destination!
