When diverse teams must work together toward a common goal, what makes the difference between dysfunction and breakthrough? Drawing from thirty years of international leadership across Europe, Terry Hoggard offers a proven framework for bringing people together-not through force or hierarchy, but through what he calls "Compassionate Cooperation." This isn't theory. It's tested wisdom from leading multicultural congregations, building cross-cultural networks, and navigating the complexities of diverse teams in high-stakes environments. 'Compassionate Cooperation' explores a process that begins with enriching your heart, thus encouraging relational exchange and engaging your collective capacity: Enriching Your Heart-The internal foundation that shapes everything else. Enriching Relational Exchange-The connections that enable real progress. Engaging Your Collective Capacity-Practical leadership that brings vision to life. Short, focused reflections. Practical insights. Prayers and action steps that move you forward. For leaders who know that the old ways aren't working, and who are ready to lead differently.
