Washington is a professional speaker, educational trainer and success coach who ditched her day job after experiencing and conquering the all too familiar worklife woes that come with most careers. From battling workplace bullying to relentless competitiveness and female team dysfunction, Tiffany grew weary from working tirelessly in a thankless role that deprived her of the personal space to operate autonomously. After embarking on two separate 21-day fasts, Tiffany released her cumbersome 9-5 and wrote Women Winning at Work, a devotional guide she wished was available while traversing the rough times in her own profession. Her intention is that this book will serve as a resource for the millions of women who work diligently yet suffer in silence while enduring the pain of workplace difficulty. Because of her background as a former Assistant Principal, Tiffany utilizes her leadership capabilities to inspire women into action and challenges all career and entrepreneurial women at work to renew the vigor they once had to achieve excellence within their sphere of influence.
