Bishop Otis Kenner II Th.D., is a resident of New Sarpy, Louisiana, has been married to the love of his life, Tyra H. Kenner, for twenty-three years, and they are the blessed parents of 11 children and 10 grandchildren. Bishop Kenner is the pastor of Fresh Faith Worship Center and New Union Baptist Church. He is the presiding bishop of Kingdom Growth Fellowship of United Churches. Additionally, he is an instructor and Vice-President of River Regions Theological College.
